Sammy was a delightful addition to our family. He was smart and loved to please. He would always follow us around the house and he would bark when he would see one of us come home.
He loved to play jump up on our laps and give us kisses. he also loved to schmooze with the other dogs. He was taken from us by negligent act of cruelty. He was brutally attacked by an 85 Pound German Shepherd who was not on leash.
His jaw was broken and he had internal injuries. We rushed him to an emergency clinic where they tried to set his jaw, but it was so badly broken that they could not.
We took him home and cared for him as best we could, but it was not to be. He passed away several days later.
We miss him....
Rest in Peace Sammy
We love you.

Hello from Miracle Shih Tzu
------------------------------------
I am so very sorry for your loss. What a tragedy and needless suffering. I hope all who read this will remind their friends that dogs, no matter how friendly they are to their family, may not be reliable around strangers, other dogs or pets.
It is so hard to protect our little ones when there is a dog there so much larger than they are. Sammy, I know you are missed and loved.
